Full Stack Engineer

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Java, Spring Boot, Microservices , AWS, Angular
• Angular 16
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
• 5 years of experience in client-side development using Angular, jQuery, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, and RxJS
• Proficiency with client-side unit testing frameworks and test runners such as Jest, Jasmine, and Karma
• 4 years of experience in server-side development with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Camel, JMS, Apache Kafka, and persistence frameworks (JPA/Hibernate)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, and CloudFormation (CFT)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory, as well as deploying applications in a DevOps environment
• Deep understanding of API design, versioning, and API documentation (Swagger)
• Solid knowledge of developing highly scalable distributed systems using open-source technologies
• Solid understanding of end-to-end ALM tools such as JIRA, GitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy
• Comfort using code quality and coverage tools (e.g., Sonar)
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions and think creatively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience collaborating in a team to develop, deploy, and support key applications
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong appreciation for object-oriented design, coding standards, RESTful service consumption, design patterns, secure development, and test coverage
• Experience working on financial services applications
• Understanding of DevOps concepts for SCM, continuous integration, monitoring, and deployment
• Experience with Docker containerization and AWS cloud deployment/management
• AWS certifications
• Knowledge of W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and their implementation
