Key Responsibilities:
- Open, sort, and prepare incoming USPS, UPS, and other mail/packages
- Scan documents using high-speed scanners
- Store scanned records in totes (up to 40 lbs)
- Perform mailroom runs and handle freight in the warehouse (including some outdoor work unloading/loading trucks)
- Maintain an active workflow—walking, standing, lifting throughout the day.
- Shift Timings:Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday (1 week in mailroom)
- Regular: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Skills-Reliable transportation
- At least 1 year of production-related experience preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe scanning
- Strong proofreading, data entry skills, and ability to work independently.
- High School Diploma or GED required
