Full stack Developer

Pay Range: $118000 - $120000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; ".Net”, “Generative AI", “C#”
• 3-5 years of Full Stack Development
• Professional working experience with AI Integration, DevOps & Operational Excellence
• Design and develop scalable applications using C# and .NET
• Build modern web interfaces with ReactJS (or similar web front technologies).
• Develop strong API and backend components (e.g., Azure Functions or equivalent).
• Work with SQL or NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Must Have: Build services that utilize and integrate Generative AI / LLMs.
• Good to Have: Design and implement AI Agents using frameworks like MCP or A2A.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, telemetry, and monitoring solutions.
• Set up alerting mechanisms to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Mandatory Skills: Windows Platform Engineering Full Stack . 
• Experience: 5-8 Years .
