Key Responsibilities
- This position on the GBSG Marketing Operations team will support marketing programs across the Global Business Solutions Group.
- The primary duty is configuring, managing, and monitoring all in-product messaging within the US QuickBooks ecosystem.
- This position ensures customers receive timely, relevant, and accurate messages while working closely with the business to maintain a customer-focused in-product experience.
- This role also manages daily operational tasks requiring extreme attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve reported issues.
- A proactive, self-driven, 'whatever it takes' approach is essential for tackling challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.
- You will use internally developed and industry-leading tools.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3 years in an operational or data-driven role, with a willingness to learn and expand.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.).
- Intermediate SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting (data visualization is a plus).
- Experience monitoring and analyzing Splunk & Tableau reports & dashboards.
- Ability to work effectively with teams across time zones and support flexible hours.
- Highly detail and process-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- A natural love for data and curiosity for in-depth analysis to find answers.
- Strong ability to articulate program complexities to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative approach to identifying campaign gaps and suggesting solutions or process improvements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize time effectively.
- Proficient in documenting issues, outcomes, and reproducible steps.
- A strong capacity for working independently, paired with comfort in seeking clarification.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Jira, SFDC, CODA, Smartsheet, QuickBase, and Tableau is preferred.
- General understanding of enterprise-level billing systems is a plus.
