Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to identify analytics challenges and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain reporting and data visualizations/dashboards across all marketing acquisition, customer engagement, customer retention and broker marketing campaigns.
- Assist with learning agenda development, hypothesis formulation, test design (including A/B and/or multivariate), measurement and optimization of all marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting and improve communication of marketing performance across the enterprise.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data, marketing campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Identify gaps in data/processes, perform root cause analysis where needed and partner with key stakeholders on issue resolution.
- Assist with effort to automate reporting and analytics workflows and develop best practices and documentation where needed.
- Assist Marketing and the IFP business with ad hoc analytics support as needed.
- Skills-“Marketing analytics”, “healthcare insurance or healthcare analytics experience”, “SQL and Python”
- 3 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data analytics and/or digital analytics; preferably focused on health insurance and/or healthcare analytics
- Hands-on experience in designing and evaluating marketing experiments (A/B and or multivariate testing) and translating campaign outcomes into actionable insights and business value is a plus.
- Attention to detail and intermediate to advanced skills managing and working with large and complex datasets.
- A high level of skill with data extraction, manipulation, and warehousing tools (SQL, Python, Databricks, Teradata, SAS).
- Proven ability to work independently with limited direction or guidance while producing timely and accurate results.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics/ Customer Journey Analytics and Tableau is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, summarization and presentation skills.
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills. • Results-oriented, proactive, self-driven and dedicated.
- Emphasis on quality of results being published.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- non-negotiable skills:
- A high level of skill with data extraction, manipulation, and warehousing tools (SQL, Python, Databricks, Teradata, SAS).
- Experience with Adobe Analytics/ Customer Journey Analytics and Tableau is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and intermediate to advanced skills managing and working with large and complex datasets.
- Note-Prefer candidates working hybrid in Bloomfield, CT. Open to 100% remote working EST hours, will consider flexing on timezone for the right candidate.
