Pay Range: $33-$59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Deliver individualized, relationship-based patient-centered nursing care
• Monitor cardiac telemetry patients and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans and cardiac care
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives
• Serve as mentor/preceptor when appropriate to support staff development
• Support efficient use of clinical resources and best-practice outcomes
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Minimum required1 year’s RN experience
• Experience in cardiac telemetry, acute care, or critical care nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, cardiac monitoring, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered car
