RN Acute Care- Medical Telemetry
Immediate need for a talented RN Acute Care- Medical Telemetry. This is a Full-Time Day Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Roswell, Georgia (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $33-$59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Deliver individualized, relationship-based patient-centered nursing care
- Monitor cardiac telemetry patients and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans and cardiac care
- Coordinate safe, high-quality care with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives
- Serve as mentor/preceptor when appropriate to support staff development
- Support efficient use of clinical resources and best-practice outcomes
- Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Minimum required1 year’s RN experience
- Experience in cardiac telemetry, acute care, or critical care nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, cardiac monitoring, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered car
