Registered Nurse (RN) – ENT Clinic

Pay Range: $33 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient triage, assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care between patients, providers, and support staff.
• Support ENT procedures and assist with diagnostic testing and treatments.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Contribute to quality improvement and practice efficiency initiatives.
• Mentor or precept new nurses and medical assistants as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (AHA required; ACLS/PALS may be needed in some areas)
• Education: ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Experience: 1+ year of clinical nursing; ENT or outpatient triage experience a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and multitasking skills
• Confident working independently and collaboratively in a clinical team
