Change Management Consultant IV

Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Change Management Execution
• Support development and implementation of Change Management plans, including stakeholder impact assessments, communication strategies, and training coordination.
• Partner with Change Manager and Training Lead to ensure readiness activities are completed for each project gate (Initiate, Commit, Build, Commission, Close).
• Track and report on change readiness metrics and resistance mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate collaboration between business SMEs, change agents, and IT teams to align on process impacts and adoption strategies.
• Assist in preparing communication materials and engagement collateral for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Project Support
• Coordinate with IT Product Owners and durable teams for pre-implementation and post-implementation support planning.
• Provide input to project risk register and assist in identifying workload changes and dependencies.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to refine governance and change processes based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;Prosci", "Change Management", “grid”.
• Consulting Experience Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on Change Management and Governance.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle frameworks and gating processes.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement strategies and organizational change principles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Experience with tools for documentation, reporting, and collaboration (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
• Knowledge of utility industry or grid planning processes is a plus.
