Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Care Coordination
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate patient conditions
• Implement and support individualized care plans
• Maintain accuracy in clinical documentation, patient assessments, changes in condition, and treatments provided
• Support smooth daily patient flow and a positive clinic experience
• Deliver safe and effective care in accordance with clinical standards and policies

• Provide education to patients and families on health conditions and treatment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Diploma in Nursing — Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) — Preferred
• Active RN License (Single-State or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA or ARC)
• Strong clinical assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
