Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight & Leadership: Plan, organize, and facilitate staff to provide high-quality patient care. Oversee daily staffing, orient clinical staff, and serve as a clinical problem-solving leader.
• Staff Development & Management: Assist with recruitment, ensure proper orientation for new staff, provide feedback, and evaluate training needs.
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor and lead annual competency check-offs for clinical staff.
• Quality & Compliance: Implement and interpret policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
• Lead back-office clinical quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts. Uphall all regulatory agency guidelines.
• Professional Practice: Perform the nursing process to deliver evidence-based, individualized, and culturally competent patient care. Coordinate safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary partnerships.
• Practice Operations: Maintain appropriate staffing and supply levels. Contribute to financial viability through service quality and act as a liaison for EHR training needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Registered Nurse (RN), RN Supervisor, RN Leadership, Primary Care, Ambulatory Care, BLS
• Licensure: Current/active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) in the State of Georgia.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required (will consider 1 year as an RN or LPN with more than 2 years in a physician practice setting).
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. Specific experience in a practice specialty is preferred.
• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Skills: Ability to implement national nursing standards, manage time efficiently, delegate, and build teams.
• Strong interpersonal/human relations skills. Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English and possess basic computer skills.
