Pay Range: $40 - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Follow all healthcare system policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to data collection and quality improvement projects.

• Plan and deliver patient care efficiently across the care continuum.
• Collaborate with care managers and team members to optimize outcomes and resource use.
• Help reduce avoidable days, readmissions, and adverse events.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; ACLS, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single-State or Multi-State Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care clinical nursing experience required
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical technology
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
