Pay Range: $76 - $78/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills: - Duck Creek Policy, Duck Creek Manuscripts, Duck Creek OnDemand (SaaS) migration, Project Management
• Duck Creek Expertise:
• Strong working knowledge of the Duck Creek Policy system, including configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• In-depth understanding of Duck Creek Manuscripts and their customization capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with migrating to Duck Creek OnDemand, including familiarity with its architecture, capabilities, and limitations.
• Customization Removal:
• Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and removing legacy customizations while ensuring business processes remain intact.
• Ability to implement solutions that align with Duck Creek’s out-of-the-box functionality.
• Project Management Skills:
• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects, preferably within the insurance or policy administration domain.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Technical Acumen:
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to address issues, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Familiarity with policy administration systems and insurance industry workflows is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience with Duck Creek Configuration tools and integration points.
• Knowledge of insurance industry standards and practices.
• Certification in Duck Creek technologies
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).
