Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, high-quality, safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Provide patient-centered, relationship-based care across the care continuum
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and participate in rounds and care planning
• Perform timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families; involve them in goal setting and care decisions
• Adhere to evidence-based nursing practice, clinical standards, and safety protocols
• Support quality improvement, shared governance, and performance initiatives
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nurses, staff, or students as needed
• Comply with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational policies

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must Have Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Ability to deliver direct patient care in an acute or surgical setting
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and assessment skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow evidence-based practice and safety standards
• Willingness to participate in professional development and competency training
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
