Senior Power Platform Engineer

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using PowerApps (Canvas), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Integrate enterprise systems using custom connectors, REST APIs, Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory), and third-party systems.
• Implement Power Platform governance, environment strategy, ALM, and DevOps pipelines.
• Gather requirements and participate in solution architecture and end-to-end delivery of business applications.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate effectively in an Agile development environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Primary expertise in PowerApps, with flexibility to work across other Power Platform applications (team supports ~35 apps).
• Full-Stack Development Experience: Angular, Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodology, formal SDLC, and working in 2-week sprints.
• Proven experience in Power Platform development (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with ALM, DevOps, and solution deployment.
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Agile software development experience.
