Pay Range: $20 - $30/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls (15–20+/day) related to fraud, payments, and account risk
• Investigate suspicious transactions & financial activity
• Support merchants with:
• Payment holds
• Chargebacks
• Account verification
• Perform KYC / KYB checks & document verification
• Identify fraud trends like account takeover & transaction anomalies
• Balance customer experience + risk policies

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 2+ years in Fraud / Risk / Payments / Banking / Financial Services OR Call Center experience handling financial products
• Experience with:
• Transaction monitoring
• Fraud detection
• Customer interaction (calls)
• Strong communication + problem-solving skills
• KYC / KYB / AML experience
• Fintech or banking background
• Experience handling escalations
