Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in various units, including monitoring, assessment, and intervention.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced treatments according to protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor and manage patients’ hemodynamic status, ventilators, and other life-support equipment.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical interventions as needed.
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and hospital protocols.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Critical Care / ICU Nursing
• Patient Assessment & Monitoring
• Ventilator & Life Support Management
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Medication Administration & IV Therapy
• Rapid Response & Emergency Care
• Care Coordination & Team Collaboration
• Patient & Family Education
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Documentation
• Strong Communication & Critical Thinking.
• Active RN license in Georgia
• Critical care experience required
• ACLS certification required
• Ability to work day shifts and float across multiple units
