Pay Range: $41.63 - $67.59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify learning needs and practice gaps within the clinical team.
• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for onboarding, competency validation, and continuing education.
• Serve as a mentor, resource, and role model for nurses and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve performance, quality, and patient safety.
• Support professional development initiatives and promote lifelong learning.
• Maintain clinical competency and participate in quality and research initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .
• Master’s in Nursing (required)
• Doctorate in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications or instructor-level (preferred within 180 days)
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a related specialty (CVICU or critical care preferred)
• Prior educator or professional development experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
• Advanced understanding of adult learning and instructional design
• Proficient in technology and e-learning tools.
