Pay Range: $43 - $44/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering projects across product development lifecycle (concept, design, validation, production).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Packaging, Quality, Sourcing, and Manufacturing.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Assist in technical documentation, specifications, and BOM management.
• Review engineering drawings, prototypes, and test results.
• Support risk assessments, DFMEA/PFMEA, and validation testing.
• Monitor cost targets and assist in cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in supplier communications and factory follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo), project coordination/ project management, Background in consumer products, toys, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering or project experience (internships/co-ops considered).
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM systems a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Project Management Experience in consumer products, toys, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, etc.).
• Understanding of product testing and validation processes.
• Exposure to overseas manufacturing environments.
