Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in the Clinical Decision Unit
• Perform the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care
• Partner with patients and families through education and care coordination
• Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in shared governance
• Support quality improvement initiatives and research utilization
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor to nurses, staff, or students as needed
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with resource utilization, protocol development, and care planning

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, acute care environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with EMR/documentation systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies
• Evidence-based nursing practice mindset
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
