Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Day Shift (Monday-Friday, Clinic Hours)
• Schedule: Full-time
• Patient Care & Coordination: Conduct patient assessments, assist providers with procedures, administer medications/vaccinations, and coordinate care plans for women's health needs (e.g., well-woman exams, prenatal/postpartum care, gynecological conditions, family planning).
• Prioritize daily patient flow and ensure a positive clinic experience.
• Patient Advocacy & Education: Serve as a dedicated advocate and educational resource for patients and families on topics such as reproductive health, prenatal care, menopause, and chronic disease management.
• Provide compassionate support and clear communication.
• Clinical Support: Prepare patients for examinations, assist with minor procedures, perform point-of-care testing, and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Performance Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve clinic workflows and patient care processes.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Professional Competency & Growth: Maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Engage in continuous learning specific to women's health and ambulatory care best practices.
• Seek opportunities for professional development within the specialty.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Foster a positive, supportive work environment.
• Mentor other clinical staff as appropriate, adhere to the highest professional standards, and participate in shared governance activities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• Current BLS certification (required upon hire)
• Experience or strong interest in Women's Health, OB/GYN, or Ambulatory Care
• Excellent patient education and advocacy skills
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) is strongly preferred.
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or a Multi-State Compact License.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required upon hire.
• Certification in Women's Health (e.g., RNC-OB, WHNP-BC if applicable) is a plus.
• Experience in Women's Health, OB/GYN, Ambulatory Care, or a related outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• New graduates with a passion for women's health are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and cultural competency skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinic technology.
