Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, verify, and maintain attendee records in Cvent, Salesforce, and other registration/housing systems.
- Support registration and housing coordination for internal and client-facing events.
- Prepare attendee lists, monitor data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support including file management, reporting, and event documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, facilities, and vendor partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Generate post-event reports and provide insights to improve efficiency and attendee experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive attendee or company data.
- Skills-Cvent exp and cert required .
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, event support, or administrative coordination.
- Proficiency in Cvent (required) with demonstrated ability to build, update, and manage registration systems.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with proven accuracy in managing large datasets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
