Key Responsibilities:
- Administer seasonal flu vaccines according to CDC and facility protocols
- Perform clinical assessments to determine vaccine eligibility
- Provide education on vaccine safety, possible side effects, and post-vaccine care
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ensure cold chain management and proper vaccine storage
- Collaborate with providers, case managers, and other healthcare staff
- May assist with patient triage, follow-up calls, and care coordination
- Comply with infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to immunization.
- Skills-Cvent exp and cert required .
- Case management experience is preferred
