Pay Range: $33- $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities;

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients across multiple units as assigned
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and home care instructions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Follow hospital policies, pediatric safety standards, and infection control protocols
• Adapt quickly to different units, patient populations, and staffing needs
• Support unit staff and contribute to a positive team environment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State or Compact)
• 1+ year of pediatric or acute care nursing experience
• BLS and PALS required
• Strong assessment, adaptability, and communication skills
• BSN degree
• Experience in multiple pediatric specialties or float pool
• Additional pediatric certifications
• Pediatric patient assessment and care
• Flexibility and adaptability across units
• Strong communication with children and families
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Team collaboration and patient-centered approach
