Estimator Project Manager
Immediate need for a talented Estimator Project Manager. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Absecon, NJ (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating and Bidding
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare competitive bids
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Project Management
- Oversee awarded projects from contract negotiation to final completion
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Commercial Estimation, Paint Estimation
- Driver's License (Required)
- Commercial estimating: 3 years (Required)
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts, coordinate teams, and interact professionally with clients
- High attention to detail in estimating, scheduling, and managing budgets
- Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and project management tools
