Pay Range: $33/hour - $58/hour.

• Participates in data collection and uses evidence to address practice questions.
• Resources and Support
• Proactively plans for the care of patients across the care continuum.
• Participates in the development of protocols and procedures to achieve best practice outcomes.
• Supports efficient and effective use of human and material resources.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills: Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• Current BLS certification
• Completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours Required
• Vascular, Telemetry, or acute care experience preferred
• Education: Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact.
• Current BLS certification upon hire.
• Experience: Less than 1 year: Completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours Required. Direct patient care experience in vascular, telemetry, or acute care is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and evaluation skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Commitment to patient advocacy and team collaboration.
• Dedication to professional development and evidence-based practice.
