Key Responsibilities:
- Apply InterQual® / MCG® criteria for admissions, continued stay, and discharge decisions
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams on level-of-care determinations
- Coordinate discharge planning, authorizations, and post-acute services
- Participate in daily rounds and utilization discussions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: 2+ years of inpatient case management, utilization management, or discharge planning
- Acute care hospital experience required
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Active CA RN License
- BLS Certification
