Key Responsibilities:
- Use positive oral and written communication skills to communicate accurately, clearly detailed and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Maintain high work standards reviewing and processing financial and legal documents.
- Use strong analytical skills to identify and research appropriate sources of information to effectively process requests.
- Learn, understand and interpret services offered in order to ensure compliance with products and services sold.
- Work in a team environment, develop working relationships inside and outside the organization, share information and ideas with team members/management, and strive to achieve continuous improvement and increase efficiency.
- Skills-AML or financial crimes experience
- Internal audit (3rd Line of Defense) background
- Strong data skills (SQL, reporting, data analysis)
- BFSI Backend Process
- MS Suit and Microsoft Excel
- Document review and collection
- One year of experience creating and/or working with Microsoft Excel.
- High school diploma and one year of business experience.
- One year of Retirement Services experience is preferred.
- A flexible schedule that allows for overtime.
- Excellent written customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent prioritization skills to manage caseload.
- Ability to multi-task.
