GPP Specialist

Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Finastra GPP product , SWIFT  , ISO20022 messaging standards,  Payments industry
• 10 to 12 yrs of exp in Payments industry.
• 6-8 yrs experience in Finastra GPP product is MUST. Good techno-functional experience in Global Pay Plus.
• Experience in SWIFT cross border payments as well as domestic clearing schemes of US and CANADA.
• Experience of ISO20022 messaging standards and knowledge of various Payment Infrastructure adopting to these standards.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, agile ceremonies and other relevant activities
• Driving stakeholder management across business/frontline areas
• Obtain & use business understanding/knowledge to identify most value adding solutions.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories and help prioritize them in an agile scrum-based setup.
• Help the development team to deliver Payment Platform Modernization solutions that serves as business enabler.
• Agile development mindset
• Good stakeholder involvement/management skills
