Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: PC, Hardware , Operating System
- Candidate possesses experience debugging PC hardware platforms, building systems and configuring hardware.
- Experience installing and running - Various PC operating systems including Windows 10, 11 and debugging failures.
- Experience with replication and triaging/debugging customer reported issues on PC hardware platform.
- Good to have Client Architecture knowledge.
- Good - Verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Can follow Technical directions carefully and accurately.
- Runs predefined software installation and tests in a controlled environment, and records both the system set up and test results accurately.
- Assists in Iayout changes in the Iab by rewiring configurations and assisting with machine placements.
- Must have networking and server management experience.
- Min AS degree required.
