Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the teams-Purchase and manage all office supplies.
- Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization.
- Track office space, desk assignments.
- Provide accounting support to the office-Submit and track purchase orders for the office.
- Manage corporate credit card and track expenses.
- Monitor office budget and expenses, submit forecast for office events.
- Provide daily admin support to Lab Team-Make travel arrangements, handle the executive’s travel expense reporting.
- Manage the executive’s calendar.
- Assist with new hire on-boarding preparation: ordering phone, business card, name plate, desk assignment, etc
- Skills-Korean Bilingual
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience. Max of 7 year’s experience.
- MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Provide administrative support
