Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a unique opportunity in which Selected candidates need to complete a 8-weeks of mandatory remote paid training prior to placement.
• Hogan Product Development and Services:
• Designs, develops, installs, tests, and documents complex application software. Contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Agile Methodology
• Banking
• COBOL
• Mainframe
• 1-2 years of Hogan experience
• 5 to 8 years of Mainframe/COBOL/CICS/JCL
• 4+ Retail Banking domain experience in one or more of Deposits, Lending and Customer Information
• Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, development methodologies, and implementation
• Experience in Agile Methodologies
• 4+ years of product design and development.
•  4+ Banking product experienced
