Pay Range: $33 - $59 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

- Evidence-Based Practice & Research
- Promote and engage in evidence-based practice, quality initiatives, and nursing research.
- Participate in value analysis and evaluation of clinical tools and care resources.
- Assist with accreditation readiness and safety compliance efforts.
- Resource Management & Care Planning
- Plan effectively across the full continuum of patient care.
- Participate in developing and refining protocols and procedures.
- Utilize resources efficiently while supporting patient flow and care transitions.
- Contribute to reducing readmissions, avoidable days, and adverse events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Experience with computer data entry required.
- Experience with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
- Active RN License (Single-State or Compact)
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience required.
