Key Responsibilities and Requirements :
  • Answer incoming phone calls, accept and deliver incoming mail and packages, assist guests and visitors as they arrive.
  • Provide general departmental support for copying, filing, creating mailing labels, preparing mailings
  • Complete departmental projects as assigned, provide support to management as needed
  • Assist with internal employee communications efforts and special projects as needed.
  • Assist with light travel and event planning, expense report processing, report data collection, shared calendar management, and company credit card reconciling
  • Ensure the office space is kept clean, safe and fully functional; respond to issues in a timely manner by alerting building management/outside vendors when repairs are necessary
  • Coordinate catering needs for meetings and office events
  • Maintain communication with cleaning company to ensure quality/consistency of work
  • Coordinate maintenance and service on office machines as needed manage inventory of supplies, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained at all times
  • Maintain functional use of Supply Room and Kitchen.
