Key Responsibilities:
  • The position is responsible for assembling the project team, developing the project work plan.
  • Managing the expectations, deliverables, and results of all internal and external project resources for the roles and activities defined in the plan.
  • The Project Manager is responsible for tracking project milestones and making necessary adjustments to the project plan or resources to maintain customer commitments.
  • The Project Manager communicates project status and risks to all project stakeholders and manages the change process for each assigned project. 
  • Specify major duties performed by the job and percentage (%) of time spent on duties.
  • Lead and provide work direction to a project team to determine project scope, devise and maintain a workable plan, and to develop and deploy the solution in accordance with the needs of the project.
  • Serve as project communication clearing house for all formal project status reporting. 
  • Develop and maintain all project manager deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Identify project risk, develop a project risk management plan and actively manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage interaction between the customer, vendors, and the internal project team to ensure that appropriate relationships exist to produce positive project outcomes.
  • Works cross departmentally to establish priorities and delivery dates for all projects based on bandwidth and business objectives.
  • Manage the project change control process, status reporting, project estimating, monthly cost accounting and vendor invoice processing.
  • Develops and/or monitors vendor deliverables in compliance with binding statements of work. 
  • Effective delegation of administrative work to Project Manager I as well as mentoring to lower-level staff.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Agile certifications preferred (Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFE, etc)
  • Ability to manage projects leveraging Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing multiple medium/high complexity projects in a matrix resource environment, working with diverse project sponsors across multi-company and business units
  • Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships
  • Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying these methods to manage successful projects
  • Analytical skills are required to effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control and reporting/
  • Ability to quickly analyze data and make good decisions.
  • This individual must leverage collaboration, consensus building, and indirect reporting relationships to influence Technology Leadership, Team members, and key customers to execute on a common vision and strategy.
  • Superior organizational, time-management, negotiation, influencing and communication skills (verbal and written) and experience leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management.
  • Passion for managing large scale projects/programs that impact a large internal user and/or customer base to ensure the high-quality end-user experience.
  • Ability to lookout for risk and come up with sound mitigation plans.
  • Knows how to ask the hard questions of the team and continuously confirms decisions, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Can identify risk early, find the cause(s) of the problem, weigh different option, define and implement the best solution possible.
  • Ability to be a champion for change and continuous improvement within technology and the business.
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional team with respect towards others and focused on successfully meeting team goals.
  • Appropriately influences cross-functional team members without formal authority or management control.
  • Establishes a high level of trust and credibility internally, with clients, independent associates, and vendors.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work with the team to overcome challenges. Must be able to quickly come up with a workaround or change course is absolutely necessary to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responds to and/or handles escalations received from management or customers in a timely fashion, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated to the appropriate group
  • Experience with driving/managing IT projects that deal with Product delivery and product management lifecycle projects.
  • Understanding of API, Cloud computing and Service-oriented architecture and technologies. 
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping 
  • Experience with customer service technologies and platforms (Chat, Omni channel CRM, VRU, Gamification, Intelligent routing, Advance reporting, Support ticketing, Work Force Effectiveness, Virtual assistants, etc).
  • Knowledge of the key elements of digital marketing, including Paid Media (PPC, Display, Social Paid, CPM, etc.), Conversion Rate Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Experience in driving large scale CRM, ERP, Mainframe and custom applications leveraging SDLC methodologies. 
  • High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project
  • High-level of proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint
