Key Responsibilities:
  • Our teams focus on solutions revolving around pharmacies, pharmaceuticals, and, most importantly, patients; the solutions we provide drive our ability to provide affordable access to medications in a controlled, efficient, and responsible manner.
  • We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions.
  • You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
  • As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.
  • You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
  • This role requires you to be fluent in some of the critical technologies with proficiency in others and have a hunger to learn on the job and add value to the business.
  • This person will influence all aspects of the system from data ingestion utilizing big data methodologies to solving business problems through application development while focusing on security, fault tolerance and scalability.
  • In addition to delivery, the full stack engineer should have a cloud native, automation first and continuous improvement mindset.
  • The focus of this individual will be to create and implement, in a collaborative fashion, efficient and effective strategies and solution architectures to solve problems in the real world.
  • This person will also help with mentoring team members to develop mastery in all facets of full stack engineering.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Minimize "meetings" to get requirements and have direct business interactions.
  • Write referenceable & modular code.
  • Design and architect the solution independently.
  • Be fluent in particular areas and have proficiency in many areas.
  • Have a passion to learn.

  • Have a quality mindset, not just code quality but also to ensure ongoing data quality by monitoring data to identify problems before they have business impact.

  • Skilled in design and web development frameworks like Angular, React, other Node.js based systems.
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Bash, etc.).
  • Strong database skills with structure and unstructured data.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Experience with big data technologies a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in BDD and TDD development methodologies.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Health care information domains is a plus.
  • Mastery of an object-oriented language: Python, Go, Rust or other OO compiled language.
