Pay Range: $55 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Help identify innovative UX solutions to routine user, product, and business problems. Respond to evolving design constraints.
• Help define quality rubrics for LLM-generated speaking, listening, and vocabulary content, as well as LLM-generated learning recommendations tailored to proficiency levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
• Create golden examples for learning scenarios tailored to different German learner proficiency levels.
• Evaluate LLM-generated learning content.
• Test the product experience and provide feedback and insights.
• Analyze user needs, pain points, or gaps in language comprehension. Through collaboration with others, help identify defined problems with defined solutions within the constraints of strategy, product, or technology.
• Use key data and metrics to evaluate product impact and invest in understanding the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry (e.g., competitors).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Teaching experience ,Teaching German to non-native speakers ,learning content design for German .
• Native or near-native fluency in German.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience (adults, classroom preferred).
• Degree/certification in Second Language Acquisition preferred (practical teaching experience also acceptable).
• Strong curriculum design background.
• 3 years professional experience in teaching German to non-native speakers.
• Experience in learning content design for German.
• Preferred qualifications: a degree in Language teaching.
• Fluent in English for communicating with the team in MTV.
