Key Responsibilities: -
- Perform patient admissions and initial nursing assessments
- Review medical history and physician orders
- Coordinate care with clinical teams and case management
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice (or eNLC, if applicable).
- 1+ year Telehealth &Admission experience preferred; new grads considered based on facility needs.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
