People Services Representative

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Training: 8 AM – 5 PM CST (Mon-Fri) – 1 week training. NO Time-offs.
• Shifts: 8 AM – 5 PM CST (Mon-Fri) - No OT required.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Help candidate and Hiring Leader move candidate through background check process.
• Ensure the candidate is moving through background check in Workday.
• Review daily reports, perform actions related to background checks, communicate with HL recruiters and candidates through email/Teams, ensure reports are updated with actions taken.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills;4+ years of administrative or recruiting experience or Bachelors, customer service, Excel experience (working within multiple reports).
• Organized and Attention to detail.
• Previous history as a HR Job title is highly preferred.
• Follow process, data management.
• Communicate effectively, interpersonal, collaborative skills.
• Time management and organization / problem solving skills / independent work.
