Assistant Designer

Pay Range: $31 - $31.03/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; CAD Illustration
• Tech Pack
• Centric
• Sketching
• Individual contributor position responsible for assisting in the creation of product designs.  
• Supports the coordination of designs; encompassing style, color/print, fit and fabric, or materials for assigned new/existing product lines.
• May own a low volume category.  Relies on limited experience to plan and accomplish goals.  
• Typically reports to Sr Designer or Designer.  
• Typically, no direct reports.
•  Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.  
• 0-2 years of experience in fashion design or equivalent experience.
• Cad illustration skills, Techpack creation (technical knowledge / knowledge of sleep construction / lounge construction as well as fully fashioned knowledge) centric knowledge & efficiency 
• CAD illustration skills, creation of TP skills (technical knowledge) , Centric knowledge , working under tight deadlines
• Sketching, creating protos , specing out garments
