Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Deliver safe, effective care following clinical standards and protocols
• Coordinate and communicate patient care plans with the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide patient and family education and ongoing communication
• Advocate for patients using patient-centered care principles
• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
• Support teamwork and collaboration across clinical staff
• Participate in professional development, required training, and competency assessments
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor when appropriate
• Promote evidence-based practice and clinical research initiatives
• Support efficient use of clinical resources
• Uphold ethical, legal, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (single-state or compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS/PALS may be required based on practice area)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience providing direct patient care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced urgent care/ambulatory setting
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and basic computer skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients efficiently
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Commitment to evidence-based nursing practice
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
