Field Service Technician

Immediate need for a talented Field Service Technician  . This is 03 months contract to hire opportunity and is located in  Tulsa, OK (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18- $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Is this position remote or in person? In Person (Field Tech)
• Field dispatch service for break fix calls including pc's, laptops, printers, POS, and other assorted products
• The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically
• Monday thru Friday 9 am to 6 pm with an on-call rotation for weekends and after hours
• Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
• Will there be shift differentials? No
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1 to 2 years’ field service experience is needed, more is preferred.
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? Current CompTIA A required, may consider very strong candidate without it, but would need to obtain it. Other certs also nice to have.
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Potentially up to 100 miles, but most days should be less.
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Within 20-30 miles of Tulsa Metro
• What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Tulsa, OK 74101
• How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? Immediately

• Must have skills; ["Field Service Support", "Hardware Troubleshooting", "PC/Laptop Repair", "Printer Support", "POS Systems", "Customer Service", "Break-Fix Support"]
