Pay Range: $80 - $110/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
  • Program-level strategic planning, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills.
  • Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels.
  • This team will strongly be involved in being a part of a very compelling team that will be responsible for leading edge technology and advancements in the VR Wearables space.
  • There will be a lot of exposure and learning opportunities in this role.

  • Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, vendor/customer interaction and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly, improve business process for efficiency and to work well with partners at different levels within the organization.
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
  • Ability to turn program level data into insights to reveal patterns and aid decision making.
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
  • Experience in Silicon Development. Familiarity with Design, Verification, Architecture with skills like Logic Design, Simulation, DFT, PD, Timing analysis preferred .
  • PMP or PMI certification .

  • Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects:
  • Surrounding team & key projects .
  • This individual will be directly supporting silicon technical program managers.
  • They will be running engineering sprints, tracking things to closure, user management on drives and tracking metrics.
  • Managing the ecosystem of partnerships across the team and business.
  • Communication management with their Wikis .
  • Knowledge and experience in Silicon.
  • Being very adaptable, flexible and great with people. More so looking at navigating people, projects and structures.
  • Ability to create assets, have tooling knowledge (JIRA, G-Sheets).
  • Has directly managed in the wearables space and silicon space.
  • People with an appetite of software and writing small scripts.
