Communications and Organizational Change Management Lead
Immediate need for a talented Communications and Organizational Change Management Lead . This is a 17+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Morristown, NJ(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to support the Digital Risk & Compliance transformation, in the broader context of Client Digital transformation
- Develop clear, engaging content for various communication channels to inform stakeholders about changes, benefits, and implementation timelines
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align communication plans and tailor communications accordingly (e.g., in Cyber Security,
- Risk & Compliance, the Digital function, Global Quality teams)
- Maintain the internal DRC SharePoint site and Viva Engage communities
- Create and maintain communication materials including presentations, newsletters, and digital content
- Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches as needed Change Management:
- Adapt the design of and implement Digital Risk & Compliance’s transformation change management strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Training and Knowledge
- Management team to ensure a cohesive communication, change management and education approach to promote adoption of new processes and systems
- Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address concerns
- Define and measure indicators for change management and transformation
- Support change readiness assessments and develop targeted interventions
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Change Management, Communication, Digital Risk, PORSCI
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in communications and/or change management roles
- Proven track record in supporting organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
- Change management certification (PROSCI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management across different organizational levels
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
- Project management skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance processes
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
