Care Management Support Coordinator
Immediate need for a talented Care Management Support Coordinator. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in TX(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift timing: 8 to 5 pm CST
- Performs administrative care management support activities such tracking compliance, verifying eligibility, and collaboration with state stakeholders and staff to resolve issues in accordance with current state and regulatory guidelines.
- Track Compliance (Use and read reports to track and monitor members requesting services.)
- Monitor the Postings email box daily for urgent state complaints inquiries.
- Uploading and downloading spreadsheets from sftp portal.
- Navigate through multiple systems. (adaptability)
- Perform daily quality checks.
- Case studies/audits to escalate accordingly.
- Outreach to Internal and external stakeholders
- Data Entry
- Verify member eligibility.
- All employees go through corporate Onboarding training
- Tracking Team Training – Peer-to-Peer
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Excel and computing skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Internet.
