Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware, telecom services, and IT professional services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring the best pricing, quality, and service levels.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the IT procurement space, particularly in hardware, telecom services, and professional services, to drive informed sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks for the company.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices to inform procurement strategies and recommendations.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards for IT products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities, savings, vendor performance, and procurement forecasts.
• In depth review of agreements including MSAs, Amendments, and SOWs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-IT Procurement, IT Hardware, Telecom Services, SAP Ariba.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with deep expertise in IT procurement (including hardware, telecom services, and IT professional services).
• Proficient in procurement software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred).
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, supplier negotiation, and category management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
• Experience in managing IT procurement for large organizations or across multiple geographies.
• Specific experience with IT hardware, telecom services, and IT professional services procurement.
