Production Services Specialist / SRE

Pay Range: $55 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production/application support for business-critical systems
• Monitor system health using Dynatrace and Splunk
• Manage incidents, alert, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Support and contribute to Dynatrace onboarding and implementation
• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks
• Develop automation scripts (Python/Bash) to reduce manual effort
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and platform teams
• Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, and scalability
• Monitoring ecosystem undergoing active transformation
• Migration from legacy tools to modern observability platforms
• Dynatrace implementation in progress (centralized rollout)
• Opportunity to contribute to tooling strategy and adoption

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Monitoring expert (Dynatrace/Splunk),Reliability-focused engineer, Automation-driven (Python/Bash)
• Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools such as:
• Dynatrace (preferred)
• Splunk
• Hands-on experience in:
• Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering roles
• Scripting expertise in:
• Python and/or Bash
• Strong skills in:
• Incident management & troubleshooting
• Root cause analysis (RCA)
• Log analysis and monitoring dashboards
