Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage projects using SAFe principles where applicable.
- Uses project management tools to manage large and complex projects or programs.
- Defines and manages scope, time, and resources.
- Facilitates identification of project or program risks/issues, develops, and assigns responsibility for mitigation/resolution actions; manages mitigation plan.
- Refines project management methodologies for quality and project or program risk management.
- Synthesizes critical information and communicates business implications to stakeholders.
- Consults with the senior management team and non-technology organization personnel.
- Has depth and breadth of experience in project management; integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities.
- Applies in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and non-standard situations.
- Provides SCRUM Master Leadership in the form of coaching, mentoring, and/or training SCRUM teams.
- Key Skills: Quality Management System (QMS) & Design Control (FDA/ISO compliance)
- Agile/Scrum Leadership with SAFe Framework & Jira/Confluence expertise
- DevOps Platform Management & AWS Cloud Operations (CI/CD, Observability)
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Acts as a key contributor in a complex environment.
- 6+ years working in a government-regulated, healthcare/medical device environment (working in compliance with 21 CFR 820.30, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485.)
- Experience in highly government-regulated, healthcare/medical device environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams toward operational objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple project deployments and integrations.
- Aptitude to contribute to strategic goal setting for department/business unit.
- Ability to manage conflict.
- Effective writing, speaking, and presentation skills required.
- Ability to manage others and set priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working with matrixed resources within assigned programs and/or projects.
- Solid understanding of software development work, practices, and culture.
- Experience in delivering products within an end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Practical knowledge and application of Agile software development principles.
- Drives the consistency of departmental Agile practices.
- Aptitude to contribute to strategic goal setting for department/business unit.
- Understanding of and experience in stage-gate or similar innovation management process.
- Skilled in meeting facilitation, action item traction and follow up.
- Ability to use Jira
- Ability to use Confluence
- Project Management Professional (PMP) desired.
- Certified SCRUM Master Certification (CSM) desired.
