Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Deliver individualized, relationship-based patient-centered nursing care
• Monitor neurological status and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Provide care for intermediate and critical care patients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, high-quality care
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Support mentorship and professional development within the care team
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice

 Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• ACLS certification required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in critical care, IMCU, or neuro nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage high-acuity neurological patients
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Ability to work Night Shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
