Senior HR Business Partner

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with Engineering VPs and Directors within the Monetization Infra & Ranking org
• Lead organizational design efforts and guide teams through post-reorg transitions
• Manage performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and talent calibration
• Provide strategic HR consultation to senior leaders on workforce planning and org health
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across engineering teams
• Collaborate with COEs to execute end-to-end people programs supporting technical organizations
• Drive culture, engagement, and strategic employee development initiatives

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-HR Business Partnering (Senior Level)
• Engineering org support
• Org design & reorg experience
• Performance & compensation cycles
• 8 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in big tech or large engineering orgs
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategies in matrixed environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and executive coaching skills
• Experience supporting large-scale org changes, realignments, and transformation initiatives
• Advanced HR analytics capability with experience using HR systems and reporting tools
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes
