Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with Engineering VPs and Directors within the Monetization Infra & Ranking org
- Lead organizational design efforts and guide teams through post-reorg transitions
- Manage performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and talent calibration
- Provide strategic HR consultation to senior leaders on workforce planning and org health
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across engineering teams
- Collaborate with COEs to execute end-to-end people programs supporting technical organizations
- Drive culture, engagement, and strategic employee development initiatives
- Skills-HR Business Partnering (Senior Level)
- Engineering org support
- Org design & reorg experience
- Performance & compensation cycles
- 8 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in big tech or large engineering orgs
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategies in matrixed environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and executive coaching skills
- Experience supporting large-scale org changes, realignments, and transformation initiatives
- Advanced HR analytics capability with experience using HR systems and reporting tools
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes
