Pay Range: $38000 - $52000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the fundamentals of client relationship management, staffing needs assessment, and sales strategies.
• Receive structured training and mentorship to prepare for a long-term career in account management and sales.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Sales
• No prior experience required - we provide full training!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, client relations, or recruitment. 
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
• Training Period (First 4 Months): $40K - $45K
• Post-Training (Starting 5th Month): $45K - $52K annual salary with bonus and commissions.
